Associate Degree in Surgical Technology Now Offered by Stevens-Henager College

The program also prepares students for possible certifications in ARC-ST sponsored by the American College of Surgeons and the Association of Surgical Technologists, Certified Surgical Technologist (CST).

An Associate Surgical Technology Degree aims at preparing students for entry-level positions as members of a surgical team. Graduate can look for employment in hospitals and in surgical centers as trained surgical technologists. The Surgical Technology Degree is geared to help students meet the expected demands and challenges of this field. The curriculum also includes hands-on training and clinical experience at some of the best hospitals in the Salt Lake City area.
