Citation Technologies participating in 2009 IHS Environment Annual User Conference

Citation Technologies is excited to attend the 2009 IHS Environment Annual User Conference in Broomfield Colorado from September 21 to 24, 2009.   This year Citation Technologies will be a participating in an Ops session in order to share expertise with IHS User participants.

Ted Polakowski, Citation Technologies’ Vice President and former Director of HSSE Compliance at BP, will be presenting in the Compliance Solution session speaking on Building the Foundation for Environmental, Health and Safety Compliance with the Applicability Review Tool (ART).   Fundamental principles are often overlooked when setting up and maintaining a compliance assurance process.  Ted will address the importance of knowing all the laws and regulations that apply to a site, the necessity of bringing operations personnel into the applicability determination process, and appropriate management of change notification.
