Twentieth day (September 15) credit hour numbers are at an all time high of 24,001, which is up 13 percent from the previous year’s credit hours of 21,864. Unduplicated student headcount numbers are at 2,117, which is up by 12 percent over last year’s numbers. “This all time high is a reflection of the quality curriculm and faculty we are fortunate to have. The partnerships we have forged over the last few years with our local industry are now paying dividends through quality programs that are producing well prepared graduates that are in demand industry-wide,”
Sheree Utash, Vice President of Academic Affairs and Learner Services expects enrollment to continue to grow throughout the fall semester as additional courses are offered and as the college continues to add new programs. “We continue to look at the needs in the community and what we are being asked to provide,” she said. “As we look forward, we will continue to offer and add programs that are beneficial to our region.”
