Band From Bosnia Calls Detroit It's Home Releases Music video

Rochester Hills, MI – When band members of Ingray made their way from Bosnia to Detroit, they were determined to prove they could stand against the best talent Detroit had to offer. Although Detroit is home to some of the best talent and recording talent in North America, they believed their talent could withstand the test.
Ingray passed with flying colors.
Earlier this year, the band took first place in the Hard Rock Café-Detroit “Ambassadors of Rock” battle-of-the-bands contest. A month later, they released their long-awaited “Away” CD. And this week, their most recent music video, “Faceless,” took to the airwaves.
“This is my first attempt of producing a music video and I am honored that it was with this band.  Ingray has a history of making music that challenges and stretches conventional thinking and generates controversy,” said the video’s producer, the multi-Emmy- and Telly-award winning producer, Alex Greene. “And ‘Faceless’ is no different.”
Ingray performed for five years in Europe before coming to the states. While in Europe, the band won major awards at music festivals, even performing for President Bill Clinton during his 1999 tour to Sarajevo.
The video was filmed entirely in Macomb County, including locations in Clinton Township, a private home in Memphis, local forests and three graveyards across central and south Macomb.
Filming took all of five days with the band and film crew, while production took place over the course of a month at Vanir Entertainment’s studio in Clinton Township. Greene is executive producer of Vanir Entertainment. Greene began managing bands in the early ‘90s, taking time off in 2000 to create and produce the children’s television program, “My Bedbugs,” which eventually went on to air in 100 million homes across the US and Canada. He resumed managing bands in 2007, first signing the widely popular Lies Unknown, then Ingray.

“Faceless” is the second video from band’s “Away” CD which is available on itunes, Rhapsody and a multitude of other major digital retailers.  Anyone interested can view the video on the Youtube by typing the words ‘Faceless,’ ‘Ingray.’ The video registered more than 1,200 hits in its first 48 hours on Youtube.
Ingray is fronted by lead singer and former fashion model, Adiza; bassist Haris Cizmic; Nermin Selmanovic on lead guitar; and, native Detroiter Dave Dupuie on drums.
