λ /lambda/ olive oil, the first hyper luxury olive oil, has been highly acclaimed as one of most exclusive olive oils in the world.

λ /lambda/ olive oil is unfiltered, has extremely low acidity 0.15° and is made through a unique common pressing process which ensures that the olives are pressed within a maximum of 8 hours after picking.
