By: City and County of Swansea Following the success of Peter Read’s plays, Toshack or Me and To Hull and Back, at Swansea’s Grand Theatre, Kevin Johns’ character, Vicar Joe, has become a local legend. Now, Peter, Kev and Joe have combined to bring us this compendium of religious jokes and witty observations! Free Entry and Wine. Held in association with Lolfa Press. Meanwhile, the Dylan Thomas Centre’s experienced literature and curatorial team can offer a variety of talks and lectures to suit all requirements. They can discuss aspects of Dylan’s life and works, contemporary literature, writing poetry, cultural tourism and much more. Where relevant an unique DVD presentation will form part of the package. All talks end with a question and answer session. A Dylan Thomas expert could also be on hand to answer questions about the permanent ‘Dylan Thomas: Man and Myth’ exhibition. In recent months, the team have delivered talks to a wide range of groups, from literary socities to the University of the Third Age; from Cruise ship passengers to local schoolchildren.
