Elipsis Engineering & Consulting, LLC, a newly established woman owned firm, was ranked number one for the CEI 112 Grouping for the Fifth District of the Florida Department of Transportation. This contract consists of projects requiring hybrid CEI (Construction Engineering Inspection) services. The Consultant team is responsible for providing CEI Inspection, CEI Support, CEI Geotechnical Services, Materials Lab Testing, Asphalt Plant Inspection and QA Inspection for LAP projects. The Scope of Work includes CEI and Geotechnical and Materials and Testing.
The projects included are I-95 from S of SR 514 (Malabar) to Palm Bay Road, SR 25 (US 27) from North of Lake Louisa to North of Cluster Oak Dr., SR 35 (Baseline Rd.) from South of CR 464 (Maricamp Rd.) to SR 40, SR 50 from Avalon Rd. to SR 429 (Western Beltway), SR 434 from SR 414 (Maitland Blvd.) to Lotus Landing Blvd, and Local Agency Program (LAP) which includes 88 local agency projects. All projects are funded by the AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 (ARRA).
