CFH Docmail has pledged to hold its prices at the current level – despite other hybrid mail operators putting their charges up.
Dave Broadway, managing director of CFH Docmail, says, “When the Royal Mail increased postage prices earlier this year, we pledged to hold our prices for at least three months. We have decided to continue to hold our prices at that level even though many other operators have implemented price increases, which in our view now overprice the market.
“The advanced technology that we employ allows us to generate business efficiencies, and we are more than happy to pass on these benefits to our customers. As well as Docmail being an extremely simple and friendly application to use, we are constantly adding to the service to give as much choice and potential as possible to our customers.
“The fact that we are keeping our prices low in no way means a compromise on service – in fact it’s quite the opposite. The reason we are able to hold our prices down is that the number of customers choosing to use Docmail is rapidly growing month on month, and our service is integral to the already strong business operated at CFH.”
With its post prices starting from just 25 pence, CFH Docmail offers customers exceptional value for money. The online mail solution allows customers to compose their letters, manage address lists and monitor progress of the mailing, all from their desktop. Docmail prints, encloses and mails from its APACS secure site, utilising its own down stream access service.
