St. Paul’s announces the implementation of individual growth plans
In our efforts to ensure that all of our staff, and other key stakeholders, are working together towards common goals with each of our students, we recognize the need for each of our students to have an individual growth plan. Thus, in order to provide top notch services to meet the needs of your clients, our families, and our students, St. Paul’s Academy is taking the following action:
Each student will have an individual growth plan that will include:
· Individual growth objectives, with strategies to achieve those objectives.
· Individual academic objectives, with strategies to achieve those objectives.
· Each goal will be specific, measurable, attainable, reaching, and trackable.
· Within a student’s first week at the academy, all stakeholders will be consulted in formulating and finalizing the student’s individual growth plan.
· Each student’s growth plan will be tracked and used across the Academy, in every department, and updated on a regular basis. This will happen at our weekly Student Success Team meetings.
· Each student will have to meet certain objectives in their growth plan to move up the next level in the St. Paul’s Knighthood. This level system will determine when a student is eligible to graduate from the program component of the Academy (more on this in future press releases).
