Garland Of Stars
Garland of Stars is a lively fairytale about a wealthy Magician who plucks the stars from the night sky in order to sell them and become even richer. As each star is taken, one by one, the forest under the night sky turns dark and cold. All of the animals begin to suffer and decide to go on a quest to seek a source for light and warmth.
The journey of the forest inhabitants takes them to a humble young lady, a scarf seller, who listens to their tale of distress. Soon hope returns to their hearts as she agrees to help them. She enlists the Prince of the land and, together, they confront the Magician to regain the stars of the night sky. This delightful tale is filled with beautiful illustrations and an exciting challenge to engage young readers.
