Jonathan Littrell Appointed Receiver for San Diego Property

PRLog (Press Release) - Sep. 22, 2009 - BEVERLY HILLS, CALIF. – Jonathan Littrell, an attorney with Raines Law Group(http://www.raineslawgroup.com), and manager of RLG Properties LLC, has been appointed receiver for a 45,000 square-foot medical/office building in South San Diego County.
   Through a Stipulated Court Order agreed to by both the lender and borrower Littrell has taken over day-to-day operations of the asset.  Since being appointed by the Court in August, Littrell has increased occupancy and is in negotiations for the remainder of the space.
   Littrell has retained Grubb & Ellis for property management and Cushman & Wakefield of San Diego, Inc.  as leasing agents.
