PTL SOLAR™ has been notified by Dubai’s utility provider - Dubai Electricity and Water Authorities that its Induction based Solar GRENLite™ car park lights are accepted for installation at their car park premises. The announcement came after DEWA’s rigorous evaluation of LUX level comparisons, ability to operate at harsh weather environments and product features.
GRENLite™ has proved to provide efficient lighting, help reduce installation and ownership cost. The customized induction lamp IC technology provided are self-contained, stand alone systems with long performance life up to 100,000 Hours, lasting up to 100 times as long compared with incandescent lamp. These stand – alone solar systems provide a reliable and economical source of illumination.
Chosen as an economical, energy-efficient alternative to traditional illuminated solar car park lights, GRENLite™ technology aligns well with DEWA’s commitment to energy efficiency. DEWA promotes energy efficiency and conservation wherever possible. The efficient microprocessor automatically activates from sunset to sunrise making the system able to operate for at least 3 consecutive days without sunlight and making it energy efficient. High-Lux solar powered GRENLite™ Induction Solar street lights are suitable for illuminating areas where it would be too difficult or too expensive to install an electric supply or where an environmentally friendly 'green' lighting source is required. The Installation is relatively simple and takes no longer than approximately 1-2 hours.
GRENLite™ Solar lighting improves safety, security, productivity and performance on which one feels safer walking or driving on well-lit streets and in well-lit parking lots. The costs of trenching and installing underground wiring often make a solar street lighting system an economically feasible lower cost option.
