This specialty service is a forensic review of all the levels a mortgage loan must pass through in order to prevent mortgage fraud. The Forensic Mortgage Services will protect lenders from applicant errors as well as intentional misrepresentations of the parties involved on the HUD-1 Real Estate Settlement Statement.
