The New Jersey State Board of Dentistry has approved Conscious Sedation Consulting as a continuing education provider. This makes the fifth state dental board to approve these courses this year. Other states where the company has received approval is California, Indiana, Kansas and Nevada. Approval from several other states is currently pending. In addition to continuing education Conscious Sedation Consulting provides training and consulting services to non-anesthesia health care providers who offer sedation and analgesia services nationally.
This announcement comes in time for dentist and dental assistant to register for an upcoming continuing education course being held in Philadelphia PA on October. 10, 2009. This course will provide 8 hours of continuing education credits. Courses have been developed and are presented by a board certified anesthesiologist with over 25 years of clinical experience. These courses are being presented nationally and are receiving excellent feedback from physicians, dentists and nurses who have participated.
