Delany Dental Care was founded by Dr Ira L Shapira in 1984 and has been serving Gurnee and Lake County residents for 25 years. Dr Mark Amidei joined the practice in 1988

Dr Shapira and Dr Amidei are well versed in the utilization of Neuromuscular Dentistry for treating TMJ disorders, TM Joint pain, Chronic headaches, Migraines, dizziness and other problems.
The doctors have over 40 years combined experience in placing and restoring dental implants. They are both enthusiastic about utilizing the affordable mini-implant technology to create snap in dentures eliminating the need for messy denture adhesives.
Dr Shapira and Dr Amidei have done extensive training at LVI, The Las Vegas Institute, a premiere learning center. They are well known for their exquisite cosmetic makeovers utilizing custom veneers and Glamsmile technology.
