The first Auction will be held at 1pm for Brix, Seattle's Capitol Hill new residences of two story lofts and Broadway flats. Gallery new highrise residences is offering extended viewing hours this week 11am to 9pm. This central Belltown location provides spectacular views of Elliott Bay, Mount Rainer, the Space Needle and gorgeous city lights of the area. Minimum bids for these residences are from $195,000.
