Obama’s Health Care Plan Goes to College

Obama takes his health care message on the road and visits the students of the University of Maryland. Various health care proposals are now floating around congress and consumers wonder, which, if any will be passed.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PRLog (Press Release) - Sep 21, 2009 -
President Obama continued his campaign for health care reform by visiting students at University of Maryland.  The visit came just one day after Montana Senator Max Baucus unveiled his proposal that would cost $774 billion over 10 years.  Obama assured the crowd of students, “We will get this done," he said, "In the United States, nobody should go broke because they get sick."

Democrats and Republicans have agreed on one thing; they both want to vote for a health care bill that would ultimately pass.  Deciding which one is a whole different story.  Not only are politicians at odds over which healthcare would best serve the American people, the public is also at odds.  Consumers have been sharing their thoughts and feedback online at a new website that provides virtual town hall meetings on the subject of national and local health care issues.

As health care reform continues to remain at the forefront of Obama’s agenda, consumers are invited to visit http://www.governmenthealthcarefacts.com and join discussions on today’s hottest health care topics.

The Pasch Consulting Group created http://www.governmenthealthcarefacts.com/ so that consumers can have a voice to discuss national healthcare proposals and how they would affect their lives.  The non-government website will seek to clarify the plethora of information being broadcasted around the country on current and new healthcare initiatives.

Some of the current town hall discussions include:

•   What Are Your Biggest Fears About Healthcare Reform?
•   How To Pay For Obama’s Healthcare Plan?
•   What  is on your healthcare reform short-list?

Consumers who would like to share their story and hear what others have to say can visit http://www.governmenthealthcarefacts.com/
