Yacht Chef Mary Beth Lawton Johnson, considered one of the top professional yacht chefs in the world is guest chef speaker at the 50th Annual Ft. Lauderdale International Boat Show in Ft. Lauderdale on October 30th, 2009. Sponsored by Yacht Forums, in conjunction with the International Super Yacht Society, The United States Super Yacht Society, and the South Florida Marine Industries Association, Yacht Forums is directed towards education for the yachting professional.
Chef Johnson will be one of panel speakers with a topic based, "On Being a Yacht Chef", offering fiscal guidelines for yacht chefs, budget controls, provisioning to general duties as a yacht chef. The panel will have a moderator and will take audience questions.
