“ComFab” Homes are buildings that overcome the key issues that have plagued the Pre-Fab industry for years. They are;
• Constructed of Conventional Materials as apposed to light weight alternatives
• They are completely finished in a factory environment including Wiring, Plumbing, and Cabinetry, external and interior finishes
• They can be assembled by unskilled labor with trade qualifications only required for connection of services
• Transportability via standard shipping containers enables MPP Homes to centralize manufacturing in China giving access to “direct from manufacturer”
Holding over 10 internationally registered patients MPP Homes is charting new waters with its ability to deliver outside the affordable and remote housing markets, Kevin Mower Production Director explains;
“The system developed by MPP Homes is unique in that it takes the production of Buildings in a manufacturing environment to a whole new level- we must produce a premium product to exacting standards to allow for transport methodology to work”
He goes on to say
“An MPP Home looks feels and performs like a conventionally built building however due to the materials used and the exacting standards only able to be reached in a factory environment, they are 50% faster to build, up to 25% cheaper and 30% more sustainable than pre-fab or conventional construction”
Sustainability is a key aspect of factory produced homes- It makes economic sense to reduce waste and a controlled environment ensures that wastage is kept to an absolute minimum. The addition of green technology is made easier when it is embedded in the initial design and is able to be tested prior to construction.
Design has been a key aspect to MPP Homes initial success. The patented system is flexible and allows clients to be heavily involved in the design process and not compromised by the traditional boundaries of Pre-Fab. As Matthew Stagg CEO and Residential Construction veteran says;
“ An MPP Home is simply a better way to construct a residential building- we take the Home to the workers and afford them the opportunity to do their best work, with the best materials in a controlled environment”
MPP Homes has operations in China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia and is licensed throughout the Middle East, Philippines and Australia.
