Since U.S. Screen Print & Inkjet Technology has closed, Equipment Zone has tripled the size of its service and support center in order to meet the needs of all Fast T-Jet users. Support is available in a variety of forms. Users can speak directly to a support technician over the phone, or they can communicate by e-mail. Technicians can also connect directly to a user’s computer over the Internet.

Equipment Zone’s newly expanded support web site, http://support.equipmentzone.com , now contains documents, downloads, troubleshooting, FAQs, and manuals.

Equipment Zone’s three support plans are open to all Fast T-Jet users and users of other brands of digital direct to garment printers, like the DTG Kiosk.

The Premium Plan, which is designed for newcomers, offers 1,000 minutes of phone support, 250 e-mails, and one-year access to the support Web site. The Gold Plan, intended for intermediate users, offers 360 minutes of phone support and access to the support Web site. The Basic Plan includes 60 minutes of phone support. The Basic Combo Plan offers 60 minutes of phone support and access to the support site for a discounted price. Customers also can purchase access to the support Web site for an additional discounted cost.

Phone and e-mail support hours are from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The plan is in effect for one year from date of purchase. The company can also send out experienced technicians for on-site service. Equipment Zone also has an in-house service center.
