Khenchen Tsewang Gyatso Rinpoche will be conferring an empowerment for the Vajrayana Buddhist practice of Tara at Thubten Lekshey Ling (Dharma Subhashita) Indo-Tibetan Buddhist Meditation and Study Center (www.dharmasubhashita.org)
The teaching explains how to practice Deity Yoga. It will be based on the text "The Four Nails that Bind the Life-Force" by the 18th century Tibetan saint Patrul Rinpoche. While the emphasis of the four nails is on the deity yoga of the "generation stage", they subsume all aspects of the view, meditation and conduct of Vajrayana. This provides an excellent gateway into the Vajrayana practice of the Nyingma tradition.
The program will be conducted at Ashirvad, St. Marks Road Cross, Opposite SBI, St. Marks Road, Bangalore. It is free of charges and open for all. Those who wish to attend need to confirm their participation by email to info@dharmasubhashita.org or by phone to 98802-96930.
