On Thursday, the CEO attended the star-studded BMI Urban Music Awards at New York City’s Lincoln Center. Flash introduced new artists, Biancha and Akilah Brock, on the red carpet Thursday night as national media interviewed both the CEO and the label’s Urban Pop phenom, Biancha. Biancha was a stunning vision in her black ensemble, styled by Arlene Pitterson. Flash appeared in Jay-Z’s latest fashion endeavor, the Artful Dodger line.

The BMI Urban Music Awards are an annual awards ceremony to celebrate the industry’s most successful publishers, producers and artists that are members of BMI.
