One of the most well known Food & Beverage magazines Food in Life carries Seraser Fine Dining Restaurant on their pages.

Seraser Fine Dine Restaurant is ambitious about that it will be the best restaurant in Antalya, when it opens its doors. Foodinlife.com.tr mentioned that management of Tuvana Hotel has worked diligently and carefully for Seraser’s menu up to its decoration, and for its napkin up to its plate. Very soon opening restaurant’s name, Seraser means a well-known fabric, used for Kaftans in the period of Ottoman Empire, which consists of silk and silver, weaved with a compound of silver and gold wire. Within its carefully organized concept, menu was prepared detailly by David and Dilistan Shipman.
Each material, used for Seraser Restaurant’s menu, are prepared and bought by Executive Chef, Gökhan Çatmaz and his team, having a degree from gastronomy department of Yeditepe University. Aziz Tankut, the owner of Tuvana Hotel and Seraser Restaurant declared that their philosophy is “hosting their guest, not serving to their customers”, and trying to create the ambiance for which they are looking. Aziz Tankut, Tuvana Hotel general manager Nermin Sümer, Seraser Restaurant manager Özgür Tankut with their qualified team, mention that they are ready to present exclusive style and to make their guests spend a pleasant time.
