Hobart, Washington USA (PRInside) September 19, 2009

Snowboarding Zone has just released a new section of their website that has all of the basics on Snowboard Bindings. This is part of a new community website that is all about Snowboard Bindings. Members and non-members can visit this Snowboard Bindings page on the Snowboarding Zone website for free at: http://snowboardingzone.org/.

Here is an excerpt from the new Snowboard Bindings information webpage:

"If you’re not sure about what binding you will need, don’t be afraid or embarrassed to ask for help.  A store sales clerk will be able to help you locate the best snowboard bindings that will work with your boots.  If at all possible, take your boots with you, when you go to purchase the bindings, this will help to take away any doubts that you may have.  If you can’t take your boots with you when purchasing the snowboard bindings, like if you buy bindings from an online store, it could be helpful if you know what brand, size and any other relevant information about your boots, then contact the store via telephone and ask for their opinion based upon the information that you can provide to them about your Snowboard Bindings.

The sizes of the snowboard bindings will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer; so just because you may require one size in this brand doesn’t mean that you will require the same size in another brand.  You can look on the internet and find charts that compare snowboard binding sizes based upon brands that offer a comparison between the different brands.  This can help you to rule out any doubts or questions that you may have that pertains to the variations in the sizes between different brands.

Snowboard bindings also vary between men’s and women’s sizes.  The men’s snowboard bindings are made to accommodate men’s Snowboard Bindings and women’s bindings are made to accommodate women’s Snowboard Bindings."

There is plenty of more information on the new general information Snowboarding website that can be found by visiting: http://snowboardingzone.org/ . There is also a special going on now that allows members to gain access to free ebooks and other free materials just for signing up as a member of the snowboard website for free at: http://snowboardingzone.org/. Users should check back often to the Snowboarding general page as more information will be added as the website expands and grows.
