Quantum3D, Inc., a leading provider of open architecture, realtime 3D visual computing solutions for the Visual Simulation and Training (VST) and Embedded Visual Computing (EVC) markets, announced today that Arthur C. Yan will take over the role as President and COO of the company.
Carl Berg, Quantum3D’s chairman of the board, marked Mr. Yan’s appointment by saying, “Arthur has been an executive at Quantum3D for over 5 years and has over 25 years of management experience in the industry. His experience and leadership expertise will enable us to develop the growth potential of Quantum3D.”
Arthur C. Yan joined Quantum3D as Vice President of Operations in March 2004, bringing more than 25 years of global manufacturing, outsourcing, procurement and operations management experience. Prior to joining Quantum3D, Mr. Yan was Vice President of Operations at Digital Archway and Evans & Sutherland/AccelGraphics. Mr. Yan also held manufacturing engineering management level positions with Kubota Graphics Corp./Stardent/
