Dubbed “the thinking man's metal”, progressive metal encompasses a broad range of styles from traditional heavy metal to jazz, blues, swing and classical music. With their particular blend of progressive metal, the main focus of Twenty-Six Other-Worlds is challenging the listener to dig beneath the surface and discover underlying rythmic expressions within the music. The songs are longer than one would expect with a pop/rock track, but unfold and change from one section to the next, offering intrigue and freshness with every twist. The compositions in “Manipulated”
are intended to captivate at first listen and offer something new with every return visit.
