San Diego, CA – Smart Corner, a new high rise residential community in San Diego’s East Village neighborhood will hold a real estate auction October 11 for 49 new loft style residences.
The minimum bid auction will be conducted by Accelerated Marketing Partners (AMP), and will be San Diego’s first significant new high-rise real estate auction that will provide new home buyers an unprecedented opportunity to purchase at extremely attractive pricing for the best view homes in San Diego’s downtown.

The Auction will be held at the Westin San Diego Hotel, located at 400 West Broadway, San Diego, CA 92101. All potential home buyers must preview the homes and register to attend the auction. Seller Preferred Financing is available on site for buyer’s convenience and pre-qualifying is necessary to register to attend this sale event. This could be one of the last opportunities for new homebuyers to utilize the Federal Tax credit of $8,000 before the program ceases.

Minimum Bids are from $149,000 on condos previously priced up to $411,900. The eighteen One Bedroom plus Den plans in the sale provide up to 863 sq.ft. of spacious living with minimum bids from $149,000, up to a 59% slash from the previous prices which were as high as $535,000. Fifteen Two Bedroom, Two Bath homes offer up to 1,202 sq.ft. with previous pricing up to $1,100,900, are offered with minimum bids from just $219,000.
