SuperiorGlacier Announces Launch of New Customer Portal

Web-based tool gives customers more insight into their data than ever before

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PRLog (Press Release) - Sep. 16, 2009 - NEW YORK, NY– SuperiorGlacier, a leading provider of litigation support services, announced today the launch of their new Web-based customer portal, ESI Spy. ESI Spy gives clients insight into their data earlier in their case, allowing them to make decisions about their data and manage electronic discovery projects better than ever before.

ESI Spy will allow clients to access a secure portal, where they can enter case information and provide processing instructions. From there, the client can browse a directory of the data — either on a hard drive, CD/DVD or other media. ESI Spy rapidly provides information about the file types and sizes of files of the data set to be processed. Once the data has been processed, a host of other reports becomes available including the following: file extension reports with create dates, password protection, file counts, errors, duplicate items, and file sizes. Clients can also create custom reports depending on the specific needs of the project. With this information about their data, clients can make important decisions about efficiently moving their project forward. ESI Spy enables clients to track where their data is in the e-discovery process and when the project will be completed, allowing them to better plan their review strategy.

“We firmly believe that clients will work more effectively having all this information in their hands,” said Hy Hetherington, Chief Executive Officer of SuperiorGlacier.  “SuperiorGlacier has always been dedicated to providing clients with the most advanced technology available today, and ESI Spy is an example of that dedication. ESI Spy will make our clients’ jobs easier and their projects run more efficiently.”
