Michèle Gravel, a painter and collage artist from Montreal recycles your children’s drawing and craft items, as they are the starting point in the creation of an original mixted medium work of art on canvas.

“Our children are naturally inventive, spontaneous and free and the works they create are pure marvels” says Michèle who created Art Collage (www.artcollage.ca) in 2007.   Not capable of disposing of any of her young boys’ art, she found a way to transform their creative outpourings into TIMELESS, ORIGINAL and impactful works of art that could be proudly displayed around our homes. From their temporary place on the refrigerator doors, the children’s drawings had made their way into grown-ups territory...the living room, the dinning room and the office.

Her now, very popular “ART COLLAGES” are appreciated by countless Montreal families who are very excited to dispose of the “kids’ art boxes” for them to be artfully transformed into contemporary-looking and timeless art they will cherish with their kids as will generations to come!
