FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PRLog (Press Release) - Sep 16, 2009 -
SeedaNeed is a Non-Profit charity but we prefer to think of SeedaNeed as a cause. This project has been launched with a desire for worldwide change. We want to awaken people to the endless possibilities each day bring help to someone in need. Although the SeedaNeed card is a piece of plastic; it is the thought, motive and love behind this card that is so powerful. In the next few days, think of a good deed you can do for someone else. It can be anything, buy lunch for the person behind you at the drive thru or mows someone's yard. This project will take hard work and dedication. Needs do not always present themselves in the most obvious and convenient ways but make no doubt they are there. Make the decision to be alert and aware of those around you. Wake up and say "I will seed a need today." The purpose of SeedNeed is to create long lasting good deeds that will be unlimited and touch the lives of not one but thousands of people.

Everyone who recieved the card is instructed to register the good deed, leave a comment and pass it on! This is a unique opportunity to make a difference in the world!

This will be amazing to observe the status of your card over time, see where it goes, what it does and who it impacts.
SeedaNeed.com is a good deed organization that has been launched to do good deeds Nationwide, and eventually worldwide. The non-profit organization is a web based program that helps people first recognize how easy it is to change a life by doing good things, and secondly helps users track the good deeds by supplying SeedaNeed Good Deed cards at no cost. The SeedaNeed Good Deed cards have an ID number on the card, the ID is entered to the site seedaneed.com, and the user leaves a comment about the good deed, and then passes the card along. This allows an ongoing string of good deeds that can be watched and tracked for the life of the card.

Seed a Need Project Founder Eddie Struckman says:  “It was one of my many goals to get this cause into the school system.  I couldn’t have found a better school than Francis Howell to be our first school to launch SeedaNeed.    It is very important to encourage our children to help others.  I'm very excited to be working with Amy Johnston and her staff to make this year a huge success!"

SeedaNeed hopes that after a successful year at Francis Howell that other schools nationwide might adopt this theme.  "Helping others and doing nice things for people with no expectation for payback should absolutely be part of any student’s curriculum" says Eddie.  "We can't just assume the parents are going to do it, so I'm hoping that other schools see this as yet another opportunity to groom our children into becoming happy, productive adults who will always put people first.”
