Michael Barber a Hip Hop entrepreneur, and artist signed to Universal Records broke the news on Monday after being in the studio with "unnamed" Def Jam affiliates on Monday morning. Michael who is currently recording his Universal/Hoopla Media debut, "Shotguns and Canned Goods," in Orlando, Florida is also a hip hop staff writer for the news hot source, The Examiner.
Michael's article on the "hoax" first appeared Monday afternoon, titled, "Right on Cue" was then picked up by the internet blog hot spots including www.Perezhilton.com and www.ilxor.com.

Kanye West rushed the stage early in Sunday's VMA award show and snatched the mic from Taylor swift in what is now the most talked about event of the week. The stealing of the microphone was, however, staged as Kanye (Jay-Z's artists) was standing up for, Beyonce, (Jay-Z's wife).
Jay-z is considered to be the mastermind behind the event, and even wanted the event to make him look like a "marketing genius" something that the critics have been saying he "lacked" in his term at Def Jam as President.
The event was choreographed down to Beyonce and Taylor Swift wearing matching red dresses to end the show.
