Sept. 15, 2009 - PRLog -- Although no land purchase has taken place to date, Jacobsen Development  first announced in May of this year their intention to construct the 75 million dollar mixed use project to be constructed on Parcel B adjacent to the Twin Lakes Park in the Smokey Point area of Marysville Washington. The project is being designed by FineLine Design of Washington, a small two man company. The project is anticipated to be more than six story's in height and will be the largest building of it's kind in Marysville. G.E. "Red" Jacobsen of Jacobsen Development in Mill Creek has yet to secure the funding for the project. Despite previous questions and allegations of misappropriation of funds and accusations of incompetence following his near fatal stroke more than two years ago, the developer is certain that he will have no problem signing on investors.

To what does he credit his overflowing confidence, given his lack of assets and investors? Jacobsen believes he can attract investors with the powerful vision he has produced in his small one man organization and his extraordinary capacity as a leader.  "Slick Red" Jacobsen although more than seventy years of age has the imagination of a child in a sand box, and can talk the hide off of a grizzly bear. Jacobsen is seeking to attract $100,000,000.00 in investment capitol by January 1st of 2010.
