The assembled orders are then shipped straight to Southern California corporate customers via Sitbetter trucks. Southern California residents who purchase individual chair orders are also offered the option of picking up their order at the San Diego showroom assembled, or can opt for having the item shipped directly to their home unassembled. The warehouse facility also provides Sitbetter with an outlet to better attend to customer issues and returns. Having their warehouse and closeout center allows for faster processing of returns and consequently refunds to eligible customers.
