Navratri being one of the few festivals especially for women in India has always been celebrated in a huge way. Celebrating the strength of womanhood this Navratri, Aavaranaa introduces a collection of sarees that signifies each day of the Navratri celebration. The traditional colors represent the various attires worn by the goddess Lakshmi on each day of Navratri. Each saree is designed in a simple and yet elegant manner with the season’s trend in mind. Simple designs on light fabrics are in vogue now a days and this has been reflected in Navratri collection.
One notable saree from the collection comes in a dark green shade with a simple design of bright red sequence in various floral patterns. Combined in a seamless blend on organza, the saree portrays elegance and simplicity in a trendy manner, ideal for that trip to the heart of all festivities.
Another notable saree comes in a light Kanchipuram silk fabric shaded in a light pink color. The design is woven in gold tread in a simple manner comprising of abstract and floral patterns. The border of the saree is simple and small unlike usual traditional styles giving the saree a younger and more hip look that would appeal to youngsters.
