Two prominent speakers in the health community will headline the event. Leading off is Amber Speckman, certified nutritionist, nutrition columnist, and MA from NYU. Speckman will discuss the importance of nutrition for hormonal balance, wellness and weight loss. Keynote speaker Robyn Littlewood concludes the event. She is a certified personal trainer, KRI yoga teacher, health columnist and MBA, and will speak on the importance of exercise for wellness and anti-aging.
