Storm http://www.storm-racing.org presents round #8 of the 2009 Storm Hare Scramble Race Series to be held Oct 3rd and 4th, 2009.This race will be held at the Soggy Bottom ATV Park and promises to be an exciting one. Our Race flyer can be viewed here, http://www.texasoffroad.net/forum/ubbthreads.php/ubb/dow ....  With over 10 miles of course consisting of everything from sand to trees to rocky creeks North Zulch otherwise known as Soggy bottom, will prove challenging to even the most experienced rider. However a much smaller and easier course is designed and setup for the young racers and novices. Come join us for a race weekend!

4th — $100.00
5th — $50.00

Riders Meeting on the line before practice
10:00 am - Practice U,L,M,N,Q & P
10:45 am - Practice X,T & R classes
11:00 am - Race U,L,M,N,Q & P - 1st 30 Min. Moto
12:00 pm - Race U, L,M,N,Q & P - 2nd 30 Min. Moto
1:15 pm - 45 Min. X,T & R Race
2:30 pm — Trophy Presentation
2:00 pm — Sunday riders 1 hour classes practice
3:00 pm till 7:00 pm — Sunday riders open practice
Sunday Schedule:
7:30 am — Riders Meeting @ Scoring Trailer
8:00 am — Parade Lap (1, 2, 3 Hour Riders)
9:00 am — Start of the 1 Hour Race
11:00 am — Start of the 2 & 3 Hour Race


South Texas Off-Road Motorcyclist (STORM) Inc. is a non-profit organization setup to promote Texas off-road motorcycle racing.

We encourage you to get involved with your local club and become a volunteer. It doesn't matter whether it's at a local club level or STORM director level. The bottom line is getting involved and making an effort to improve the sport we all enjoy. We hope to see you at the meetings and races promoting Harescramble racing in the near future.
