Introducing the New MBM 1500S Automatic Air Suction Folder

The 1500s Folder is a Top Feed, Adjustable Air Suction Feed System that is Suitable for digitally printed and coated stocks.  It is Pre-Programmed with 6 Standard Folds and Stores 30 Customer Folds in memory.  It has a control panel includes LED 4 digit counter with batch and total functions.  There are test button folds 2 sheets for inspection and it automatically senses and displays paper size.  It has an extended exit tray for neat stacking of folded sheets with an automatic feed table that ensures optimum feed pressure and an automatic conveyor belt and self-setting exit rollers ensure smooth ejection of folder paper.  The folder has a single sheet feeding auto maintained for different paper weights and you can load and unload paper from same side.  There is a display alert and audible signal in case of incorect operation along with skew and micro-adjustment dials.  It is made from all metal construction with an optional Micro-Perforator and Scorer.
