PRLog (Press Release) - Sep 12, 2009 -
When a Loan Refinance is turned down, there can be several reasons: FICO (credit score) is Off, DTI is not acceptable, LTV is upside down, Financial Hardship is Too Severe. However, all is not lost - this leads to an easy Pre-Qualification Approval For Loan Mods where the following things don't factor the same way - if your FICO is not perfect, DTI is not acceptable, LTV is upside down or Financial Hardship Is Severe - you are more likely to pre-qualify for a loan modification. Now it is easy to tell - and Mortgage Brokers can say "yes" much more often.

Every aspect that produces a red light on a loan re-finance, often becomes a GREEN light on a loan modification. At the DREC Group, a program was developed to extend mortgage brokers a chance to extend more options to help customers who don’t qualify for a re-fi – but who still need help.

Let's say the client doesn’t get the re-fi sought. (Most brokers say 7 or 8 out of 10 are turn downs and become “dead files” – with no way to help) - however, instead of “no” – there are other options:

  1. With a one page application (that takes 10 minutes usually, as most info needed was collected during the re-fi) - and an approval process that is clean and quick - you know if this is happening or not expeditiously.
  2. If the clients meets the criterion, they are working with the negotiation team of highly trained professionals (instead of lawyers, unless your state requires we use them.)
  3. Client is invoiced for consulting services and when they pay, the brokerage makes $800 per paying approved applicant.

If the loan modification can’t be done – other services are discussed with the client. If the client chooses to not pursue any options on the table, the fee is refunded. (happens in less than 1% of cases, but it is a 100% money back guarantee.) Getting started with us is very easy. Many agents and brokers are making a new income in this wild economy.

DREC provides weekly update calls and trainings are available for loan officers. There is even extra value as "hidden extra" marketing and support materials are made available, including offerings in social media, networking and other business tools to increase profits, all as part of the program. DREC has formed strategic alliances to help participating loan officers grow and prosper.

Take what the current economy gives you – and work as smart and as efficiently as you can. Continue to provide your clients with top notch customer care, and help yourself increase your monthly bottom line where you couldn’t before. We feel confident we can help you – will you let us try?
