Rankings were unveiled in Nevada Business magazine’s 2009 Legal Elite program in this month’s issue. The magazine’s annual list of Legal Elite is determined by votes from attorneys in the state.

Both Bailey and Kennedy were named “Mountain States Super Lawyers” in 2009. This is the third consecutive year each has been given the prestigious Super Lawyers designations.
Nevada Business magazine’s Legal Elite is an annual ranking of Nevada attorneys. Nominations were made by members of the State Bar of Nevada and ranked by the number of votes each attorney received from both inside and outside of his or her respective firm.
