Since CTI Group’s ACD call management and call recording applications are both fully integrated with BroadSoft’s M6 platform, Geckotech is able to provide robust, user-friendly solutions that they can trust.
CTI Group’s call recording and ACD reporting applications are feature-rich and user friendly, which made them the perfect fit for Geckotech, who were looking for applications that they could easily integrate into their product portfolio. But, not just any applications;
