Our model is designed to work with our clients on a monthly basis so we acquire a more in-depth knowledge of our their issues and concerns which results in a more focused and effective solutions.
The approach we use is based on a 1O step process that aligns with our client’s requirements, and has the flexibility to adjust to changes in the marketplace on an as needed basis. From strategy to business and IT alignment as well as cloud computing and social media we cover it all.
Based on our subscription model and the in-depth knowledge we gain from spending time on an ongoing basis with our clients, we can offer our services at one quarter to one-third the price of traditional consulting firms or provide the expertise of a senior level executive that many of our clients could not afford on a full time basis.
