Creedible.com covers what newspapers can no longer afford to. The site includes faith features, news, multimedia, blogs, calendar listings and more. Local clergy are already reaching out the site, anxious to get finally get some media attention.
Creedible.com is an ecumenical site and does not discriminate against any faith. Connecticut is a religiously diverse state and the site hopes to cover the religious calendar and wants to include the stories of people from all religious denominations.
Simmons, who has written about faith nearly a decade, began the site because she feels it’s important to educate people about other religions.
“If we don’t understand our neighbor, how can respect one another? This site is a place where people interested in various religions can find information and can hopefully gain an understanding of all the different theologies that make up this country,” she said.
The editors of Creedible.com want your help in getting the word out about this site. Editors are also seeking story ideas.
