We all know the slogan "the customer is always right" but in today's society that phrase is not always true anymore. There are some customers no matter how good you treat them, there is just no pleasing them...

Sept. 10, 2009 - PRLog -- We all know the slogan “the customer is always right” but in today’s society it’s not always true anymore.  Customers are the bread and butter to us a business owner and we should treat them with the respect they deserve but what about those that are just simply “hard to please?”  Sometimes you can do everything you need to and bend over backwards for them but that does not seem to keep some from giving a business a headache.  For so long the consumer has been the one with the last word or that held the business by a thread when letting others know about them and rate them for others to see.

Customers have many outlets to get the word out about a business that did them wrong or how they feel about their service for all to see.   They have had the Better Business Bureau, Consumers in Control, Rip off Report, Angie’s List and many more where they can go and tell their side of the story to fellow customers.  The BBB let’s companies tell their side as well to try and work it out with the customer so they can take the bad rating off about their company but yet the business is the one who has to pay for the consumer to rate them.  All of these sites are great and can help a customer decide about what business to use, but where can a business tell their side of the story and share about their stories of bad customer experiences?

Some customers literally use businesses to get something and then turn around and decide not to pay for their service even when the customer signed a contract.  Every business has at least one horror story about a customer I guarantee it.  So what if they could share about these stories and certain customers to people in their area so they can be aware of these certain “deadbeat” customers?  You can, it’s called BusinessBeware.biz  The BBB, says to “start with trust” well Business Beware wants  “to give your business a voice.”  Business Beware is a like a reverse Angie’s List or Better Business Bureau, where businesses can actually rate the customers.  Some may say, oh well why would I need to use this if I am a business owner?  Here is what some had to say about the site…

“After I joined Business Beware, I started using the site to search and post about customers I have dealt with in the past and here recently.  When I sent out late notices and received notes back with excuses of why they were not going to pay, I kindly wrote them back and also let them know that there is a site where we can let fellow businesses know about non-paying customers.  They quickly sent a check that following week! Use this site to your advantage and maybe the customer will cooperate with you!  Thank you for this great tool that has been made available for business owners!”  -Jackie T. (Nashville, TN)

“I was about to do renovations to a house but when I found the customer on Business Beware, I found out they had a long line of people they didn’t pay in the past!  So needless to say it saved me from a HUGE headache I almost jumped into!” – Bob H. (Denver, CO)

The site is different from others forums or sites for businesses because we are actually business owners ourselves and deal with customers day in and day out.  We know exactly what it feels like to deal with these certain customers.  We also interact with the members by talking with them and getting their input on what to add to the site and we also spotlight members and small businesses around the US and Canada so they can tell their stories.  So we are not just a site where you “rant and rave” we actually care and deal with what every business owner deals with too.  No one should walk through something alone and we all need to help each other out, BusinessBeware.biz is where your business has a voice…
