Truemen, a 5 year old HR and Technology company has introduced a free E-Recruitment portal. This portal will offer E-Recruitment packages for different segments of the recruitment industry from Corporates to Consultants. The free membership includes unlimited logins and free usage of database space upto 5 MB. After 5 MB, database space is charged, though reasonably.
Advertising will be in place on most pages, which is one of the mediums of keeping the portal free for software. This is the first time that an E-ERP is being made free. In the past, companies did offer free recruitment software modules, but these were very rudimentary. Truemen's E-Recruitment software is detailed, and robust enough to handle multiple logins and large amounts of data, just as a normal software would.
