New customer in the steel industry: Chiang Ying Engineering SDN. BHD
Malaysia / Karlsruhe – ABAS Business Solutions Malaysia added steel manufacturer Chiang Ying to their list of new clients. Chiang Ying Engineering SDN. BHD based in Malaysia is the preferred manufacturer for large Government projects and has replaced their multiple systems with abas Business Software (ERP, PPC, MRP, eBusiness to synchronize their finance, sales, distribution, and logistics departments.
Simplifying Processes with abas ERP
Chiang Ying previously used three different customized systems to manage their sales, distribution, finance, and production processes. Due to system limitations in meeting the growing demand of Chiang Ying, the company needed a software that allows them to manage their departments with an integrated management system that is scalable and flexible. abas ERP allows Chiang Ying to eliminate duplicate jobs and simplifies processes throughout the company. With the high flexibility and upradeability of abas ERP, customizations are done instantly and all of Chiang Ying’s demands are met. Chiang Ying will have a total of 10 abas ERP users.

Chiang Ying, was founded by an arc welder in 1975. Chiang Ying provides engineering and maintenance services for various heavy machinery and steel structures companies. Since Malaysia embarked on its industrialization path, the company moved its core business to manufacture and supply of infrastructure pipes for the water industry. Chiang Ying has been involved in the consultation and manufacture of water pipes for all of the Government projects that have been taken in Malaysia. Chiang Ying also designed and installed the fire fighting architecture and water supply system through the KL International Airport at Sepang and Langkawi.
