New Day Spa, of Newark, Ohio, hired Intuitive Concepts in the fall of 2007 for a classic Feng Shui consultation. Specific goals were set, benchmarks established, improvements made, and results were obtained quickly. This distinguished New Day Spa from their competition, and they were listed in Business First’s top 25 spas.
After only six months of incorporating recommendations provided by Diana Garber, lead consultant and President of Intuitive Concepts, New Day Spa reported their service income was 124% from the previous year’s quarter. Monthly retail sales increased $1,000 each month. They obtained 102 new clients. Owners, Carolyn Carter and Beatriz Lopez, were pleased with the astounding results and reported the trend continued despite the downturn in the economy.
Still, they were leaving nothing to chance. They hired Garber again in 2009 to maintain harmony and experience more results. Their 2009 reporting showed sales income at 119%, service income 110%, and retail income 203% from the previous year’s quarter.
