Conveniently located off Joliet Road in Romeoville, the indoor facility features Tarkett FieldTurf and will focus on baseball, softball and soccer training in addition to other sport activities.

Invented by former players and coaches, FieldTurf combines the beneficial properties of natural grass with all weather playability and low maintenance.

"Best of all, we were able to install this great playing surface at the Quarry Fieldhouse here in Romeoville," said Jim Brosseau, the owner of the Quarry Fieldhouse Multi-Sport Training Facility. "Now athletes of any sport can train and play at Quarry with confidence."

FieldTurf will be or has been installed by late Fall 2009 in 90 high school and university sports complexes in Illinois. The Quarry Fieldhouse has been a longtime dream project for local commercial roofer, Jim Brosseau, (www.bennettandbrosseau.com). "It's nice to see this facility finally take shape. We hope visitors and athletes enjoy it for many years to come!"
