Sep. 8, 2009 - The Ying Yang Twins are back on the scene with their latest release, “Ying Yang Twins Forever” slated for release through Deep Records on September 15, 2009. Having signed a record deal with Deep Entertainment/
Deep Records in early 2009 the Twins have been perfecting what will be their first major release in over three years. In that time they did release a mix-tape entitled “The Official Work” and have continued to tour and play shows to domestic and international audiences. They also made the decision to return to their roots and work with an independent record label to continue to forward their musical aspirations. Hailing from Atlanta, the duo quickly gained acclaim for their hit, “Whistle While You Twurk” and eventually the southern bred team worked their way up from very humble beginnings to become one of the highest selling groups to debut out of the Dirty South movement that saw its heights in the early 2000’s reaching Gold and Platinum sales status multiple times. The upcoming release is a two-volume disc with features from “Crunk” music super star, Lil’ Jon and a host of other artists.
