Decanter Centrifuge is the key equipment of dealing with the super fine hazardous solid phase. Decanting cenrifuge can depart and recycle the solid phase larger than 5µm, recover the density of drilling fluid quickly and increase the drilling speed. Decanter centrifuge is the ideal oilfield drilling fluid purified equipment.
The decanter centrifuge is mainly used to control the density and viscosity of drilling fluid, decrease the content of the solid phase, remove the hazardous solid phase, recycle the heavy spar, regain the left of whirling current separator to guarantee the good performance of drilling fluid and increase the speed of drilling.

How Does An Oilfield Industrial decanter Centrifuge Work?
A decanter centrifuge works by spinning a vessel containing the material to be separated at high speed. It is very much like the rides at the fairground that rotate. You have to lean towards the center to overcome the force caused by the rotation. In fact, some rides are designed specifically to press your body against a back support. The decanter centrifuge spins at very high speeds and pushes the ‘heavy phase’, usually the solids, to the outside of the vessel, just as you would see in the clear flask standing on the bench top.
What Is The Oilfield decanter Centrifuge Process?
In the drilling mud purification system,If you take a sample of the liquid / solid mixture in a clear flask and you observe that there is a separation of the two phases with time, the separation is caused by the force of gravity. The oilfield decanter centrifuge process speeds up the process by increasing the force of gravity 1000 to 4000 times, depending on the solids control equipment. The result is that a process that can take 1-12 hours in a flask is achieved in seconds using centrifugation.,

High speed decanter centrifuge (http://oilfield.gnsolidscontrol.com) Company Blog
We supply high speed decanter centrifuge for oilfield gas & oil drilling solids control system.Welcome to contact us to consult high speed decanter centrifuge.
High speed Decanter Centrifuges are used to process unweighted and weighted, water-based and oil-based drilling fluids (muds). Mechanical energy is utilized to increase the gravitational force exerted on solids that are present in the mud system. high speed decanter centrifuges are able to apply over 3,000 G-forces on the liquid/solids mixture, which separates the heavier solids from the lighter solids. Additionally, high G-forces separate fine solids from liquid.
Mechanical separation of solids from the drilling mud purification system through the use of a high speed decanter centrifuge is a highly-effective means of maintaining proper mud weight and viscosity. When used in conjunction with other solids control equipment, high speed decanter centrifuges enable users to maintain the mud properties within the prescribed range as per the drilling program. Typically, decanter centrifuges are the final processing units in the arrangement of solids control equipment.
They are preceded by gas busters, gumbo removal equipment (if utilized), shale shakers, mud conditioners (if utilized), vacuum degassers and hyrdocyclones.
