Teachers and director are celebrating "Teachers Day 2009" in AVR
Last Saturday (5th of September) was the "Teachers Day" in India. On this occasion, the teachers and director of Modern Academy School made a trip to "A Village Retreat “in Wazirpur, Gurgaon near Delhi.
Upon arrival at the resort, the teachers were received by the Shikhar team with a welcome drinks. After the well served breakfast in a large and ethnic dining area, everybody went to the Adventure Park. To climb, crawl and swing.... where board games and other entertainment opportunities were also ready to offer and perceive.
There was also the opportunity to improve one’s pottery skills and make a camel ride through the painting area. After the lunch the game of Tambola and tug of war was enjoyed by everyone.
All in all AVR is a nice place to relax from the stress of everyday work and to enjoy a nice togetherness. It’s not just for official- trips but also for family-picnic, day outs and night stay as well, in a luxurious swiss tent.
